Hi, I'm Tracey Dafoe
I am down 50 and I'm on a mission to help others, who have tried it all with limited success, transform their lives and get proven sustainable results without giving up their favourite foods.
I'm an avid reader, list maker, chocolate lover, shopper, and yogi.
I'm a mom of two big kids (24 and 21) and five black cats. My hubby and I live with said kids and cats in a small lakeside town in Ontario.

"This is probably the most difficult task some of us will ever take on. There are so many factors to take into consideration. For me personally it was hormones, menopause, stress, and depression. Even with these obstacles, this program helped me drop 20!!! It wasn’t easy and I have messed up many times but with Tracey’s guidance and advice I always get back on track.
It truly changed my attitude and relationship with food and the gentle push to slowly get moving. For the first time in many years eating healthy fats and grains was enjoyable and there was no guilt. Tracey encourages and supports her clients to get to the root of their relationship (good and bad) with food. She personally meets with her clients to discuss the highs and lows, and lows are ok.
